Refund & Makeup Class Policy

Effective Date: 19th February 2025

1. Cancellation Term / Holiday training program & camps refunds:

If you cancel your participation in a program 21 days before the scheduled start date, you are eligible for a full refund.
If you cancel your participation in a program within 21 days of scheduled start or after scheduled start date a refund will be provided minus a 20% administrative fee.

2. Private/individual session & /social pickup & scrimmages refunds:

Cancellations for private or individual sessions must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session to receive a full refund or credit to be used for a following session.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows to a scheduled session.

3. Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed within 21 business days of receiving a valid refund request.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

4. Makeup classes

No makeup classes or credits will be issued for Holiday camps and clinics.
For term based training 1x make-up session per child, per term. Subject to availability. Must be completed within the same term. No carry-over into future terms. No refund/credit for unused make-ups. Advance notice required wherever possible.

Swishlab Basketball reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis.

All refund requests must be submitted via email.
Swishlab Basketball is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the participant outside of the training fees.
