Support and encouragement: Please be supportive of ALL players on the court and acknowledge their efforts who make good plays.

We strive to instil personal accountability in our players, and punctuality is a key aspect of this. Please inform the coach at the beginning of the week of any absences to avoid team shortages.
-
Prepare exercise gear: Players must wear appropriate exercise attire, athletic footwear, a suitable basketball, and hydration to all sessions.
-
Respect for the game and all involved: Refrain from criticizing players, coaches, or officials, and engaging in any intimidating behaviour.
-
Positive communication: Enthusiasm is encouraged, but please keep comments positive. To discuss any concerns, including playing time, please contact the coach 24 hours after the event, not on the court or in the gym.
Non-negotiable issues include: habitual tardiness, disrespect towards anyone in the SwishLab community, poor attitudes, and intimidation.
