SWISHLAB Training Programs
Running year-round during school terms we offer comprehensive basketball training programs that builds from fundamental skills to tactical play in small-sided games and eventually progressing to competition ready.
Our curriculum is adaptable to all experience levels and designed for children 6 to 16 years old. Each athlete is assessed and grouped according to their skill level ensuring the right level of challenge to drive both skill development and personal growth.
Our accredited coaches stay with their groups across the term, building consistency, trust, and deeper insight into each athlete’s strengths and areas for growth.
Every 60min session delivers purposeful, engaging training that not only builds basketball fundamental skills but also fosters teamwork, confidence, discipline, and all-around athletic ability.
With a focus on safety, encouragement, and long-term development, SwishLab is where kids grow — on and off the court.
iHeart Basketball program
Ages:
6 - 16
Children will be introduced to the “core four” skills in basketball: dribbling, passing, shooting and defending.
Children will develop their motor skills and love for the game of basketball through fun skills based games.
Rookies program
Ages:
10 - 16
This program is specifically for aspiring basketball athletes aged 10 to 16 years old who already possess a basic understanding of basketball fundamentals.
It's ideal for those who have played before, are keen to improve their competitive edge, and are looking to join a school team, club team or enhance their performance within one. This is not for absolute beginners.
