At Swishlab basketball we run Group Training and Holiday clinics for children 6 to 16YO at all experience and skill levels. 
 

Who does this job suit?

• We are looking for RELIABLE, CONFIDENT, ENERGETIC people who LOVE Coaching Kids!

• Teachers, University Students, Personal Trainers, People passionate about coaching!

• Experience in playing basketball and/or coaching basketball is a must.

• Must be able to commit to 2 hours weekly between weekdays 4.00pm - 7pm.

This is a casual role of approximately 2–7 hours per week during school terms. Weekday sessions are held from 4:00pm – 7pm and may also include weekends and school holiday camps in the future.

 

Duties / Responsibilities:

1. Set up and pack down of sports camps, clinics, tournaments and parties

2. Complete ongoing training in Swishlab coaching programs and procedures

3. Behavioural management of up to 24 children aged between 6-16YO

4. Conduct sports coaching following Swishlab coaching protocols

5. Ensure a positive, motivating, engaging environment for all Swishlab attendees

6. Maintain high energy levels and enthusiasm at every Swishlab event

7. Represent Swishlab in a positive manner in all interactions with customers, parents, guardians and venue staff
