🔥Take the leap from player to competitor! The SwishLab Competition Ready Program is designed for players ready to take the next step beyond beginner basketball. If your child has already built confidence with their fundamentals and is eager to test themselves in real game situations, this is the perfect pathway. ⭐Who is this program for? This program is specifically for aspiring basketball athletes aged 8-13 years old (as of 31st Dec 2026) who: - Are already playing in a team, or preparing to trial for one. - Want to represent SwishLab from April 2026 Winter City of Blacktown Basketball Association (CBBA) Competitions (subject to selection from try-outs). 🥋Eligibility: - This is not for absolute beginners – it’s for players with a base level of skill who want to level up. - Players must be born in 2016 or earlier to register. Player's born in 2017 may be considered on a case-by-case basis. - *SwishLab reserves the right to allocate these players to a more suitable program if required. ⭐What will your child gain? - Elevate your game for Competition: Advance offensive and defensive skills, improve decision-making under pressure, and apply fundamentals in real game scenarios. - Game-day physicality & conditioning: Train for the speed, strength and endurance needed to thrive in competition and maintain high performance throughout tough matches. - Advanced player development: Refine individual strengths and address areas for growth with targeted coaching, becoming a more impactful and reliable teammate. - Leadership & sportsmanship: Build communication, teamwork, and resilience which are all essential qualities for thriving in a competitive team environment. - Confidence for tryouts & games: Step into team trials and league play with the confidence, experience, and readiness to compete at your best. 📍 Location, date & time and duration: Location: The Ponds Highschool Day & time: Monday's, 6pm-7pm (Weekly) Date: 2/2/26 - 30/3/26 (inclusive) Duration: 9 weeks (coinciding with the school term) Cost: $259 for the term. If you join after the term has started, your group training fee will be adjusted to reflect the remaining sessions.
